Privacy Policy

Paperwell is made by Sean Kinsman ("we"). The short version: your documents stay on your device. We don't upload, read, or store your files. There are no accounts, ads, or trackers.

Your files

Everything Paperwell does happens on your device: opening, editing, signing, converting, OCR, redaction, and compression. Files you save in Paperwell stay in its folder on your device. A file leaves your device only when you choose to share it, for example to Mail, AirDrop, or Google Drive. From then on, the app you share with handles it under its own privacy policy.

Purchases

Apple processes subscriptions. We use RevenueCat to check whether your Apple ID has an active Pro subscription. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and this app's purchase history, and nothing else. We never see your name, email, or payment details. Signatures

Signatures you save stay on your device. You can delete them anytime from the signature window.

This website

getpaperwell.com doesn't use cookies, analytics, or trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

Children

Paperwell is a general-audience productivity app and doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone.
